Contables y no contables

Los sustantivos Contables: Tienen la forma singular y plural

• ·         En singular: Utiliza  a/an
• ·         Plural: La letra “s”

Los sustantivos no contables: No utilizan singular o plural, por lo tanto son aquellos sustantivos que se refieren a kilos y litros.

Otros ejemplos: Food, meat, pasta, etc.

• ·         Plural contable (afirmativo)

 There are some lemons.

• ·         No contables  (afirmativo)

 I need some oil.

Any

• ·         Plural contable ( negativo y pregunta)

  We don´t have any apples.

  Are there any oranges?

• ·         No contables ( negativo y pregunta)

  I don´t have any oil.

  Is there any some rice?

How many / How much

Lo utilizamos para formular preguntas.

• ·         How many para los contables.

Ejemplo:

How many bananas are there?

• ·         How much para los incontables.

Ejemplo:

How much oil is there?
